We want everyone to enjoy and experience a safe environment in using VBO. An environment that is free from fear, intimidation, abuse, illegal and many other distasteful activities. While we do our best to achieve this, we can’t guarantee it. It’s important you understand your responsibilities in helping to achieve this too. By using VBO you strongly agree:

  • not to engage in any activity that is unlawful or not compliant with these terms.
  • not to request or solicit details of, or attempt to access or obstruct access to, another VBO user’s account without their permission, utilising manual or technology methods of any kind whatsoever.
  • not to post content or information of any kind that is inflammatory, threatening, hateful, violent, profane or pornographic in nature. VBO does not tolerate hate speech. If our terms are not a deterrent, you should be aware in some countries hate speech has led to arrests, convictions and detention (imprisonment).
  • not to use nor develop any applications that interact with any aspect of VBO other than approved tools or solutions published by us, or written permission by us.
  • not to interfere with the operational functions of VBO including use of scanning and testing equipment, viruses, malicious code or attacks of any kind.
  • not to compromise on safety of yourself or others due to non-compliance with traffic or other laws by using our services.
  • not directly, indirectly or otherwise engage in any activities that breach these terms.

5. Notification, Modification, or Termination of Services
